This massage uses manual pressure applied to trigger points to relieve muscular pain and tension. Swedish massage, one of the oldest forms of massage practiced, brings you a sense of deep relaxation while stimulating blood flow to improve circulation. Techniques are used to rub, knead, tap, and brush the muscle fibers.  This helps relax contracted, tense, or sore muscles due to stress, overwork and inefficient use.
